Most people: claude.ai or the desktop app

Open Customize, the page in Claude that holds your connectors, skills and plugins, then Plugins.
Choose Add, then Add marketplace. A marketplace is a list of plugins kept in a GitHub repository. Enter ours:

Add the Garage Door Science plugin.
On the plugin’s Connectors tab, add the Garage Door Science connector. It needs no sign-in. When it shows Connected, you’re set.

For developers: Claude Code

In a session, add the marketplace, then install the plugin:

/plugin marketplace add sethshoultes/garagedoorscience-claude-plugin
/plugin install garagedoorscience@garagedoorscience

Then try this:

Garage Door Science Business

Technician and Team

For garage door companies on the Technician or Team plan. It explains the team apps and links you to them. In Claude Code, with your plugin key, it can also list and read your team’s inspections, read-only. It can’t see the other apps’ data.
