Garage Door Science collects only the data you explicitly share — the email address you provide when you ask us to send you a report, the ZIP code we use to route you to a local pro, optional notes you add to an inspection. We do not sell your data. If you opt in, we may share your name and email with the local pro we route you to; if you don’t opt in, we won’t. You can ask us to remove your data at any time by replying to any email you receive from us.

Photos you upload for visual diagnosis

When you use the visual-diagnosis tool to send us a photo of a part, the image is stored temporarily so our diagnostic tool can reference it during the call. We delete every uploaded photo automatically within 48 hours. Photos are not used to train any model and are not shared with third parties.
