The door stopped crooked. A panel has come out of line, and daylight shows through the gap. The opener is still trying. The chain moves, and the door does not. That door has left its track. It looks stuck, but it is not at rest. The spring and the cables are still under tension, and the door's weight is no longer even. Here is what you can do. Unplug the opener so it cannot run again. Stay clear of the spring and the cables. Do not try to push it back. Putting a door back on its track means holding up its weight first. That is a technician's job.
