The door starts down, stops, and goes back up. The opener light is blinking. Look at the two small sensors by the floor. When all is clear, each one's light glows steady. Anything in the way? Clear it and try again. If one light is off or flickering, loosen the little wing nut, nudge the sensor until its light glows steady, and tighten it. Only fails when the sun hits one?
